In 2018 the Bismarck Fire Department reported 107 fires with 21 of those occurring in private dwellings.  Fire accidents happen often and it is important that families be prepared.  Specialized Cleaning & Restoration Inc has fully trained team members to board up, clean up and rebuild like it never happened.

This home fire started in the kitchen and quickly escalated as the family was not at home at the time of the fire.  The home had extensive fire and smoke damage to the kitchen and main floor.  Contents were removed from the home, inventoried, cleaned and stored in our fully secure facility.  The main floor was taken down to the framing to clean and deodorize before rebuilding.  Once the framing was exposed, Specialized Cleaning & Restoration worked with the homeowners on remodeling the main floor living space.  Walls were moved and areas were added – making for some great improvements.
