The Vision Begins
Founded by Jerry Thomas in a small shop with a big vision — to provide honest, reliable, high-quality service when people needed it most. Specialized began with one van and a dedication to doing things the right way.
Dream Facility
Through hard work and integrity, Jerry built his dream 16,000-square-foot facility. This allowed for an expanded fleet and state-of-the-art cleaning technology to better serve the community.
Advanced Restoration
A final expansion was completed in 2010, creating one of the most advanced restoration facilities in the state, equipped to handle any scale of disaster recovery.
Second Generation
Jerry fully retired and sold the business to Seth & Amber Sandness and Stacey Thomas. The legacy continues as the second generation takes the helm.
Second Location
Working in the Dickinson area for over 30 years, we planted our feet with a second location to better reach and serve our growing client base.
