Founder

Jerry founded Specialized Cleaning & Restoration in 1992 with a commitment to integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Over the decades, he has successfully led and completed numerous major flood, fire, smoke, and mold restoration projects — many reaching six-figure scopes.

Seth Sandness

President & Co-Owner

Seth joined Specialized Cleaning & Restoration in 2001 as a carpet technician and worked his way through every area of the company. Since 2003, he has served as General Manager on all major jobs and has managed claims exceeding $2.5 million.

“I may not have done it before, but I am sure I can figure it out.”

That determination, combined with strong technical skill, allows him to guide complex restoration projects with confidence and precision.

Stacey Thomas-Pahlke

Stacey Thomas-Pahlke

Vice President & Co-Owner

Stacey joined Specialized after graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary and receiving honors from the Harold Schafer Leadership Academy in Healthcare.

Today, she serves as Vice President and Co-Owner, overseeing client relations and playing a leading role in indoor air quality and environmental health services. Stacey is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and has been deeply involved in both industry advancement and community leadership.

Amber Sandness

Amber Sandness

Amber is a graduate from Dickinson State University with a degree in business administration. She is a Veteran of the United States Army Reserves and was deployed to Africa in 2003.

After returning from Africa, she focused her attention on growing the family business. In January 2016, Amber decided to step away from the Specialized family business and pursue a career in real estate. She has been awarded top producer for 9 years.

Amber and Seth have four kids and enjoy boating in the summer and attending their kid’s activities.
